Yes. You really need to explore this option because PSCC will not release your transcript, which allows you to fully enroll, until your PSCC balance is paid in full.

Go to www.fasfa.ed.gov and enter your new school’s “school code” onto your FAFSA.
When will I get my diploma?
If you have completed all coursework and your balance is paid in full, your diploma will be mailed to your address on file via certified mail, return receipt USPS. This is to make sure it is received. Your diploma will be held by the Registrar and Business Office and forwarded when all coursework is completed and your account has been paid. This has been school policy even prior to closure.
